Groupon Cancels Purchases and Refuses Refunds in Cash

I have purchased items from Groupon. The first time, I had to wait serveral months for the product which cost $159. Groupon refused to issue a cash refund, just “groupon bucks”. I have since tried to spend my Groupon bucks and the supplier has said that my “address isn’t valid” and refused to send goods. Groupon will only issue another useless “groupon bucks” refund – i just want my money back. Not “bucks”, my actual cash back.
