I just went to taco bell in Louisville KY on 28th and Broadway. This is the only taco bell in the West End. I ordered 2 taco salads in the drive up- 1 with no beans/beef and 1 with beans/chicken. I asked them to make sure there were no beans on the one salad. They stated no beans were on the first order. My receipt said the salad had no beans on it as well. When I got back to my job the first salad that I requested not to have beans on it my was full of beans and the one that should have had beans didn’t.
I called them to let them know that my order was wrong and I was coming back down there to get it corrected. When I got down there, all I got was bad attitudes when all I wanted was to get my order corrected! I find it very frustrating that the only employee that seemed to care was Victoria. The female manager told me my order was correct when she had not even looked at it. She took the bag and started going through it like I was lying to her.
When she realized my order was in fact not correct she, proceeded to correct it…if this was not bad enough, when she was assisting me, she got so flustered by my request to correct my order, that she dropped my new order on the floor and made a very long loud sigh like it was my fault. All of the employees were very unprofessional(started laughing) except for Victoria who did nothing but apoligize. The term “GHETTO” comes to mind when I tell everyone of my bad experiences at Taco Bell.

How you can mess up one bean burrito with NO onions us beyond me. I ordered this from a Taco Bell in Dallas Texas. Then of course once I get all the way home the order it wrong. I very rarely even eat at taco bell because the food is so bad. I made an exception today because I knew it was close. Never again!!
Taco Bell, your food is horrible, you can’t take orders correctly, & service is poor at best. It’s mind blowing how this company can remain in business.
The Taco Bell in Oak Creek, WI is the worst I have been to. I ordered a mexican pizza once and it tasted like there was a chemical or cleaning solution in it. Also, today I ordered a fiesta taco salad and there was that same chemical taste on the food. Utterly DISGUSTED!!!
