Gardens of Time Complaint: Wont let me receive any gifts

When I click on to receive gifts that peoplel have sent me or if I click a request from someone it just pops back up so I carnt receive any of my gifts that people send or energy it won’t go into my box I’m playing at a disadvantage nor can I help someone else

    I can’t receive any gifts, so I am just stuck. There have been several times in the past when I have been able to receive gifts, but they just didn’t seem to show up on the game; again not able to move forward. I guess they just really want you to spend money on gold and crystals, and I refuse. I used to LOVE this game, but now it just frustrates me. If they would fix this current problem, I will still play, but not as often, because of the frustration!
