My complaint is against Masque Publishing, ie games.com. You have games.com for gaming and they represent themselfs as part of aol tect support. I have had an ongoing complaint with them concerning 1 single game game, backgammon, and they have refused to fix the problem, they have refused to discuss the problem and are quiet rude.
I finally found their hone number and I talked to a gentleman, who refuse to identify himself, and when I explained the problem said this call is ended and hung up on me. I am suprise that AOL would have anything to do with this company. and just for your information, I am not the only 1 complaining, on their review board, which by the way they never read, their are hundreds of people complaining about this 1 game.
I really think and believe something should be done with this company.
