I have been a customer for 14 months. I first rented a used (I thought I was paying for NEW)42″ LCD TV last DEC 2011. Two months later in the mail I received the $50.00 off coupon, that’s $50.00 dollars off next rental. So I went in and rented a PS3 bundle. Rick the manger gave set it up with the coupon and $50.00 dollars cash ,and I went home with the PS3.
A year later last month. I called in to make my double payments, and Rick told me my PS3 was finished. All I had to pay was for the TV, which I did. This month when I called in to make my debit payment. I was told I still had a $50.00 dollar balance on the PS3, and now owed I month in late fees! I told Sherry(the person now handling my account) thatI started the account with $50.00 off coupon, and I was finished.
She told me I had only made 11.5 payments of $100.00 and stilled owed them$50.00. Wouldn’t hear about the fifty dollars off coupon. So, When Aaron sends you that coupon. Know that the $50.00 will put on the back end of your account!
