On sunday 23rd september 2012, My husband and i stoped at our local burger king in castle lane, bournemouth. Well what a site we saw it was filthy dirty all the rubbish bins were over filled dirty tables not wiped or cleaned, there was food all over the floor it was disgustuing.
There were three staff at the tills, it was about 2.45pm and there were two other tables occupied by other people. My husband and i have always enjoyed eating here have always found it nicely decorated and clean and tidy plus nice clean tables!
Before we could even eat our meal i had to remove all the other customers rubbish and left overs and wipe all the sauce and tea of the table’s with napkins that i found myself and leave all the rubbish on top of the trays by the over flowing rubbish bins, I work in catering myself we have upto 200 cover’s in one go i have to work on the till and keep all tables wiped clean and serve my customer’s needs.
It was very dissapointing to see burger king left in such a filthy state, My husband went and asked one of the staff if he could speck to the manager.
Much to our surprise a young man no more then 25 years came out and said they had been really busy, far enough but this was 2.45pm afternoon only two more customers at the tables and no one was clearing the floor or mess of the tables, We ate our meal and quickly left dont think we will eat there again!
