I have bought a New Car on 9th May 2011 of Vwolkswagen company. Which is a POLO diesel Comfort line of Black Color. And, this company car has so many problem’s in it. It got 3 times Break-down till now, in which the car gets stopped while running. Every time it was the same problem the car gets DEAD and none of the thing works after that. The company have so far charged so many money for repairing a new car, which has a company fault in it. There are some kind of FUSE problem in the whole car, due to which it got stopped. The company has given me a FAULTED CAR which has some Electrical problems in it.
The service is so so bad and poor, the company has not given me a Loaner car anytime when it got break-down. They always reply very rudely and in a improper manner. After the sales of the Car company do not take any responsibility of what the problem a customer face. I am so fed up of this car now, that i am not using this car and kept aside. Because i am having fear in my mind that this car can keep me on the road anytime, and the company is not ready to listen anything. And the India Assistance service and everything is also BAD as Vwolkswagen.
The Vwolkswagen does not guarantee for the Solve of Problem and NO REPLY from their side, every-time my CAR goes to their workshop they start Learning to solve Technical problem in my car itself. They do not have any well Qualified, well mannered Staff of Technician.
I am having all the records so far of the company’s bad behavior.
