Twice I have visited McDonalds 1831Walnut st in cary nc to take advantage of the TV advertised 2 sausage biscuit buy one get one free. only to be told twice that there is no such promotion going on. Twice I left and went to BO JANGLES..If this is the best You can do You can take Me off Your customer list forever. and another thing You need to have people repersenting You that can speak english I intend to file the same report to the Office of consumer affair I have Two witnesses with Me each time I was turned down.
I leave home at 05h00 in the morning and drive by the Oasis One-Stop every weekday morning between 05h30 and 05h45. The Wild Bean Cafe is there as well as the McDonalds.I prefer to have the McDonalds coffee, it just taste better as well as I dont have to get out of my car. Only problem is, their coffee is NEVER ready. Funny things is, if I goo to the Mcdonalds where I live, the on on the P91, Kempton Park, their coffee is always ready.
This morning when I complain, they said that Breakfast is only served from 06h00. I am not asking for breakfast, all I want is a cup off coffee. If McDonalds is a 24hour take away business, shouldnt the coffee be ready anytime within that 24 hours??? I would like to have some feedback regarding my complaint.
