Best Buy is the worst company to buy anything. False information from their sales people to get you to buy now. I was told no payments for one year if I buy this computer. I asked more than one sales person and all agreed. YES, no payments unless your want too. If you are over a year you will get an interest penalty. I said, If I pay it within the year I should be fine. Yes, I heard from two sales reps. again! I made all payments within and now my credit is poor!
HSBC which is the bank Best Buy hides behind gives you the run around. No ones seems to know what to do and defers to the credit reporting instead of any sort of accountability. I even made a $200.00 over payment and it took me 3 months to get the money back from HSBC. No mistake on their part always the consumer! I will never buy anything from Best Buy.
If HSBC is the bank involved in any purchases I do in the future I will not buy from that vendor either. It is sad what a consumer has to go through and the big companies just keep ripping us apart.
