I’ve been a regular customer of CVS Pharmacy now more than 5 years. Never saw cashiers happy face and never saw them to greet people. Like every other week I went to CVS today in the evening around 5.30. I had some returns and I wasn’t aware that before i shop i needed to return my staffs first, because before I never returned anything.

However, after i shopped when i went to register the guy with blue shirt without saying a single word shifted my staffs to next register. After i asked him he said next register will refund you. The girl from the next register started asking me, i bought them on March 22 and why i’m returning them. Then she started saying ” If you have return before you walk in the whole cvs store you have to return them first.” when i told her i didn’t know and i’ve receipt so you can check the items, it has item #’s.

After i told her that she gave me a class of lecture including example of rainbow store. If she can observe rainbow return policy so definitely she observed rainbow’s standard customer service too. I don’t mind standing on the line and return and then shop. But this is not how customer service should be towards to customer. We are customer buying from CVS nothing getting free! So from now on i’ll have to stop going to CVS since there are zillions of pharmacy in NY and has much better customer service!!!

One Customer Review of Employee Cashier’s Rude Behavior at CVS Pharmacy

  1. Cassie

The problem is, these stores have problems with customers who will have reciepts found in the trash or from people, or even their own reciepts, but they won’t have the products, and they steal them from the store. They walk the whole store, and pick up objects to buy, as well as they objects on the reciept to return. Some cashiers don’t know, they return them, and they get in trouble. It happens quite a lot, and while you don’t have to come to return at first, you should at least let them know you came in with something next time. Or even if you wait and return first, then shop, either works out. But don’t take it out on them for follwing what may have been their store’s procedure for these things. I do understand that she did not handle that in the best way, but I’m sure she was just tired of having people scam the store, and perhaps hurt her reputation in the store.
