Domino’s Pizza has Bad Customer Service

I placed an order with Domino’s in Holt, MI. for a large thin crust pizza with 3 toppings for pick-up to take advantage of the $7.99 early week special. As usual with this store, I had to remind them of said special, as they always, without fail, try to charge the full $14. After that was straightened out, I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes.

I arrived to pick up my order almost 20 minutes later, only to discover my order had never even been taken.

Poor Customer Service.

After some half-hearted apologies, my order was taken, again, and yet again, the full $14 price was attempted. (If it were my store, any customer that had been let down like this would’ve gotten their pizza at no charge or at least gotten a free side order)

After *that* was straightened out for a second time, I was told my order would be at the back of the line and would be another 20-25 minutes, instead of up next as one would expect, after all, my pizza was already supposed to be done!
So 25 minutes later I went back into the store to retrieve my order and still had to wait another 10 minutes for it to come out.

Then after all that, all I had to show for the time it took to get done was a 3 topping pizza and a “Sorry for the wait.” Needless to say, Domino’s has officially lost a customer.
