How to Dispute a T-Mobile Contract Online

My act # is talked to Michelle on July 25th she offered me a contract , with a free Nokia Lumina cell phone ans one month free stating that my next bill would be in Aug 2012 for the amount of $59.95 for a 2 year contract, which I have never had before with t-mobile, I have been on a flex pay for over a year. I said I had a bill of 68.02 she said I did not have to pay it she would wipe out the balance. my next payment would be in Aug.

I asked her 3 times about this, and 3 times she repeated the same answer, of you don’t have to pay this . I will note this on your account. I am now being text by t-mobile about this amount. I would not have taken a contract on this basis. of being told one thing by the agent. and then now t-mobile looking for the amount due. I am now disputing my contract if I can’t get what I was promised, I would like to continue with t-mobile, however I have a sour taste about the co. after this.

I wou;d like to stay with t-mobile and keep contract and phone if you can rectify this matter, in a timely fashion. I hope to hear from you soon. thank you for your time.
