Have a big problem with dish network customer service i need to report. Could not rent a movie on paper view had this problem since moving to my new home about 31/2 ys. had to call in and order it. I have a landlines which my husband tried to explain to the dish network service dept. They told him we needed to call at&t. It was no help at all, dish network customer service is a total fraud!
I called back and stated i needed to talk to someone with knowledge. The guy with dish explained I needed to call at&t customer service and I told him i was talking on the land line to him it was not my phone line.
I asked if it could be my HD receiver and guess what it is my receiver after checking further. He stated i would have to order another one and how much it would cost. I have rented 2 movies since living here since it has been such a hassle. I cannot believe this company had rather lose business of their old customers and not really care about them. and good customers!!!!
I am so sorry you do not have good customer service that is something hard to find any longer. We have been a customer of dish network for at least 13 yrs, and I am sad to report more dish network customer service fraud complaints.
