I purchased some Scan My Photos groupons back in April. I sent shipment in of 989 photos to be scanned in order (in which I paid an additional $29.90 for scanning in order) and received my photos back with dvd and only 939 photos were scanned. So 50 photos were not scanned. They do not check each batch as it is rubber band together with a # and number of photos in that batch. So they do not have any quality control to verify the number of photos they scan equal the number of photos submitted. I ask that they redo the entire order but they will only scan the ones that did not get scanned onto another dvd or add to the back of the current dvd. 1) It is going to take time to go thru the entire dvd and locate which 50 photos were not scanned. 2) I paid to get 1000 photos scanned in order, but the ones not scanned will not be in the order that I originally submitted the entire shipment so it was a waste of money to pay for scanning them in order. I am not happy with this company and the service I received. Is there anything that Groupon can do to assist with this problem?
