Oct. 9, 2012, we picked up a prescribtion that was suppose to be for Oxycodone 10 mg. prn for pain. When I went to take it at HS I noticed it was not the shape or color of the previous same bottle of pills. However the label on the bottle was the same as the previous bottle of the same meds. It was marked pink round pill, the pills inside were white. The numbers were different also. I did not take any of the pills that night even tho I was in pain. We took them back to the Hershey, Pa. pharmacy in the am. It appears it was oxycodone, however the dosage was wrong. This could have been a very, very serious mistake. We have been very upset recently with the service we are getting at CVS! Sloppy work! I frequently get calls that my meds are ready from rapid refill, only to get there and find out they are not yet filled. We are considering changing pharmacies. You will lose a customer of 30 plus years.
