CVS Pharmacy Complaint: Long Pharmacy Wait time

I went threw drive thru today and I had to wait at the window for 10-15,minutes before I was even acknowledged.
I shop at cvs a lot and I have been a cvs pharmacy customer for many many years and have never had such bad service. I am very very dissatisfied with how long I had to wait to even be acknowledged at the window. Horrible.
