There is only one person at the Country Club CVS Pharmacy to complain about but she makes things so difficult for workers and customers something needs to be done to remove her from this Store, in my opinion any other as well. (the other staff is incredible) She is Rude, hateful and obnoxious to Customers as well as contacting a Doctor, (and or her office staff) for a resolution to a problem. I have talked to her “or tried to” she rolls her eyes at you, doesn’t understand, and thinks she’s always in the right. She royally screwed up on my Medications and refills so badly it had to be changed to four different numbers. She’s hateful to the other staff and one of the most lazy people (too good to help) that I’ve ever seen. My Doctors office said they hoped they never had to deal with her again, she was that bad when she called them, which she was not asked to do. I could call the Doctor myself and told her so. She won’t listen as her feeling is she knows it all. Her communication is horrid. I’m sure she’s intellegent but should not be doing what she does unless she can consider other people, and the responsibility of her job
Her name is Tuyet. I truly hope I never have to see this rude woman again, if it comes to it I’ll change Pharmacies to see I don’t need to deal with her terrible, lazy attitude.
Please help her co-workers, and Customers by removing her from this Store “PLEASE”
