I am 80 yr old, been a professional Working with public i’n many towns on a corporate level. In these many locations have encountered many many pharmacies. The CVS pharmacy i’n Sebring FL is without question the most poorly organized and biggest joke on customer service I have ever experienced. There are so many bad occurancrs that I hesitate to attempt to cover them. Carry minimal amount of supplies and always out, don’t keep their word when promised, and always blaming their computer for their mistakes. My insurance states i must use CVS and it is the only one i’n town – otherwise I would change i’n a heartbeat ! Same story with so many others I talk with.
