CVS Pharmacy Complaint: The Worse Store Ever

I could spend the next half hour documenting the atrocities that happen in the CVS Pharmacy in East Hampton, NY 11937, but I don’t have the time, or the mental stability to do so!

The store is UNDERSTAFFED, most especially THE PHARMACY! I waited online for 30 minutes today (at 10:30 am, which is not “prime time/lunch hour/after work) and with no-one in front of me, watched the woman behind the pharmacy counter ignore ME, the incoming phone calls…and she had the nerve to pick up the callers that were on hold, and repeatedly hang up. I eventually had to leave and go back to work, only to return again that afternoon and wait another 15 minutes (my prescriptions had been filled the day before, I was not waiting for the pharmacist.)

GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER…loyal patrons should not have to be treated this way. You should be ashamed….
