I am writing this complaint to you as i was shocked when i visted one of your Burger King shops on Saturday 7th Jan 2012. This was the Bracknell branch, i am a commis chef myself, when i entered the branch on saturday the staff have a lot to be disered they was not at all what i would expect from people serving the customers, and the floor and the tables was extremley dirty tables hadnt been touched for a long time and what i found was the ladies toilet was disgusting and my food had a lot to be disered as well, it was cold but i couldnt wait to get out of there and i can assure you it will be a fair while before i go back in, i have worked in Catering for a number of years i have been a manager and the shift manager there was not doing alot either and if i go back in and see the place in that bad way again i will report it to F H /E M H
We went to the Burger King my husband ordered a double stacker with bacon. Who knew that the double stacker was only has 2 half piece of bacon?! We ordered what we see on tv and advertisements. Bacon! So he went up to the counter and asked the 2 supervisors if he could have more bacon. They very rudely told him “thats all we are suppose to put on there”. BULLSHIT! We’ve been to other burger kings, they may not be generous but at least we get a little more. They SHOULD NOT advertise a lot of bacon on their burgers if they are only going to put 2 little pieces of bacon!! this is outrageous! If I’m going to pay $6 for a burger, I better damn well get a whopping bacon burger!
On November 3, 2011 in a Burger King I ordered a cheeseburger, sat a table and bit into the burger, hit something hard in the burger and broke a crown / cap on a front tooth. Two months later, after following all the steps required by the management, I am out over $4000.00!! BK will not reimburse me one dime of the costs I endured. Not so much as an apology or even coupons for my trouble! They implied I was lying. A huge corporation like this, WITH insurance just for incidents like this and they stiff their customer!!
