Customer Complaint to Denny’s Restaurant Joplin

I went to the local Denny’s on East 32nd street located inside the Flying J travel center. It was aproximately 6:30am on Sunday 1/08/2012. I ordered a build your own grand slam. The sausage links and hashnrowns was both way under cooked. I brought it to the servers attention at which time she took the plate back to the gally area. Returning with it less then a minute. With the same UNDER COOKED AND BARELY WARM HASHBROWNS. At which time I asked who was cooking and was told it was Brent. I asked to speak to Val the manager on duty.

She took the plate back to the kitchen but never returned with my order. And refused to do anythong about the problem. So I ended up not getting my breakfast as ordered. From now on when I go to Denny’s to eat it will be the one on south Rangelone. Where I have always had great service and food. By the way both locations are in JOPLIN,MO.
