Costly Error with Merchandise Return

The asst mgr does not know how to credit my visa for a return? They held 83.00 of my money 2 days prior to x mas and here I am the day after Christmas and still no credit. Instead of crediting my visa they charged me for it ( I did not sign for it) so all I got for Christmas was bank fees I think that was really bad to do to a customer that easily just spent atleast 200.00 bucks. Transaction should of been voided and fixed as soon as I told them I do not feel comfortable about this transaction.

I went to the store and have sent several e mails to what I thought was corporate and have got no attention on this matter.basically you stole 35.00 bucks from me because I did not sign for it .I expect this matter resolved ASAP. And to add to the excitement I was never asked for my ID only asked to swipe my card. When I refused to agree to the terms the men waiting on me were commenting under their breath not sure what was so funny or important but very rude and unprofessional. I expect some kind of address to this issue. Thank you
