I would like to be contacted urgently by the CE0 of Vodacom. My family and I are being harassed and intimidated by a psychopath since November 2011. We were first told to obtain an affidavit and they can assist us with resolving this problem. Once we did this, we were told that they can’t assist without us opening a case. We have opened up a case at Linden police stn and this is not good enough as the police need to contact Vodacom and not me. Hello…wake up n smell the coffee.
When is that going to happen in SA? This psychopaths number. He is so brave that he calls with his caller I’d on. These calls are on my phone, my husbands phone as well as my sons phone. When will Vodacom assist? When my family is injured or murdered? If this was your family Mr CE0, would your company be so reluctant to assist them? So typical that the “criminal” has more rights than us victims. Does someone at Vodacom care enough to assist?
Oh and by the way, the only answers your illiterate consultants give me is “eish I don’t know” Blood fools that waste my time instead of helping. Please contact me asap if you care about your customers. I will go to the local press if I cannot get this resolved. Maybe the community can be of more assistance. My entire family are customers of vodacom and I definitely expect better service than this.
