I logged a complaint at LG service centre at 8:00 AM on 20th Jan’2012. under complaint no.120120006879, But till 4:00 PM 21st Jan 2012 none of the engineer has visited or called us for the resolution of my complaint. As LG claims for resolution within 24 Hrs of complaint, please tell me where is the TAT. More over it was me who called the customer care again to know the status and to my surprise it was told me that part is not available has been updated by service centre against my complaint. I tried calling service centre on ph no 011 46759600 but no one is reciving the call on this number.
After this when finally I called call centre and got the number of one LG customer complaint executive who got me into conference with the service centre person. The service centre person told me that I will get a call form engineer within minutes of call.
But it’s very dishartening to say that I have not recived any call yet after three hrs of that call. I don’t know where to go now. I think I ultimately will have to launch a complaint with Consumer court against this attitude of LG people and pls refund my AMC cahrges if LG can’t offer me service on time on advance payment of money.
