A truck owned by Nestle Company hit my brand new car on 19 Sept 2012. I complained immediately to Nestle customer care “hot number” and they promised to take care of that within 24 hours. I asked them while still in the accident’s location if they need me to do any action, or if they will talk to driver while he was standing next to me to discuss the matter with him, they said; nothing more needs to be done at this stage. Of course no one called, and i was calling them every day. After naging for three weeks, they called me saying that i will get nothing because i should have made a police report on the same day of accidents. When i asked, why you have not told me this when i called, they said sorry, we did a mistake. Can someone help me, i want my car to get fixed
