Flex Seal Complaint: Flex Seal cost & rebate offer

I agreed to this purchase from tv commercial. It stated , buy one for 19.99 & they would give me one extra at no cost plus a spray can trigger. I received it today, 10/13/12 , However they charged me for the second can at 9.99. this was not what the tv ad explained I want a credit for 9.99 mailed or credited to my account immediately. I will take action through amex on cancelling charge & attorney general office of Ohio for misrepresentation of advertising. Please advise asap so we can resolve this matter. Also I was to recive a 15.00 cash rebate which I am unable to get on your website.
