I purchaged a cell phone Nokia N8 ( IMEI NO.357398049166694) from NPD vikas marg Delhi. but this phone had technically problem. The problem is the sensor of the device did not work properly i.e in sun light during the call ( both outgoing and in coming) the display is blank, only phone rings but doesnt show any name or any keys only in sunlight. regarding this who is the store manager of NPD wher i purchaged phone. he did nt give me any response or didnt chnaged my phone.after that i went to nokia care center ( varun Enterprise, vikas marg, near Lakshmi nagar metro station.) where i mate mr. Dheeraj.
I submitted my phone to noika care center on 17th sep. 2011 and my job sheet no.383433527/110917/82. but from that time to till date my phone came twice without any solution i.e. problem is as it was. so first of all i want to know why my phone problem is not solve?, are your technical is not doing their job properly? or my phone is not repairable?. what the problem and where is problem?.
regarding this i contacted help line no. i.e. 01130303838. where i talked Mr. vaihbahv ( your Executive ) and he noted my complaint and give me my complaint no.1-11891825743. But now i dont want to take my old phone now, either give me new seal pack phone(Black color phone) or give me refund.
so tell me when i will get my new phone or refund. regarding this problem i am also going to Consumer court but i am donig delay in this step just because of my faith on Nokia. i am still thinking that i will get new nokia N8 soon from your side.and another reason for delaying that your Executive Mr. vaihbhav and Mr.anshul also told me that give nokia 48 working hours to resolve your case after that you can take any step and they also told me that keep faith on nokia , you will get whatever you want.
so iam asking you what should i do in that case should i go to consumer court? or should i keep my faith on you?, if yes than when i will get new phone or refund.tell me asap .
