Well first of all on Christmas i got a gift card to Target and i was excited so a couple of days later i went online and ordered two items from online now the day after i go to check the status of my order and one was CANCELED i mean come on its Christmas so i reasearched it and it says the order was completely deleted and i wont be receivening it GREAT now what am i gonna do with only ONE order coming i am VERY VERY VERY ANGRY at Target if something is not in stock then dont put it on your site and if its not sold online then dont put it online Target is the worst store of customer service EVER!!!!!
My fiance and i are getting married. We were at target last week trying to get a digital camera for our wedding and honeymoon, and couldnt get any help. I am pregant and get very exhausted throughout the day. It is such an inconvenience to drive to rock hill, as it is a good 20 minute drive to get there. It is a shame that we couldnt get any help because, not only that, but many other inconveniences I have had at target make me hate to walk in the store. I honestly wish there was a target in york because they are more than happy to help a customer in need.
A couple of months ago I was getting groceries and had my 18 month old niece, my three year old stepson, and my six year old nephew. There were four target employees in the parking lot as i struggled to keep the children in the cart and get my groceries in the car. That was the moment I realized that I will never get my weekly groceries at target. The cashiers dont smile and most do not say thank you. And the biggest problem is when there are four lanes open and the lines are backed up with about six customers and red target shirts are walking around and talking to other employees.
So i guess i never will get my order THANKS TO TARGET!!!!! I know its not as serious as others but i am stil VERY UPSET!!!
