I have had Century link for 9 months. The representative at the store where I signed up told me she would take care of registering me for the gift card.
She did not. I applied on line after three months and then was told the card would be sent in Sept (nine months after the initial sign up).
I have not received it so I called Century Link and they said the date shown on the web site means it could be 4 to 6 weeks later as a delivery date.
They expect me to pay my bill on time but they don’t abide by their policies of prompt payment.
