Caller ID and Bad Customer service from AT&T

Sometime in November, my caller ID (name and number) would not come up while I was on another call. I called AT&T, about problem, starting in Nov. 2011. Because of a planned trip and Holidays coming up, I didn’t call again until the 27th of Dec. and dealt with the problem. On Dec 27th I spoke to 7 (seven) agents, tech supports and of course got no where. Besides, it takes forever to get through to a “LIVE PERSON”! I called again on Jan. 10th, 2012—again today (Jan 13th) and of course got no where. They would tell me it was working…just blowing a customer off. Some would transfer me, only to be disconnected. Then I asked for the Corporate Dept…..

Twice they gave me the wrong phone number for the corporate dept…..And they have the nerve to call me a VALUED AT&T CUSTOMER??????????? Looks as if I will be sending complaints to the corporate address…..with a list of everyone ( names, dates, and times) who I spoke to…. I’ve had it with AT&T and plan on changing company…
