I have lived in the location of the BK at Metro center (On peoria in Phoenix AZ) for almost ten years, so I have been to this BK at least a hundred times, EVERY time, expecting it to be different this time, never again! NO ONE speaks ENGLISH, so they CAN NOT UNDERSTAND NOT TO PUT MAYO ON MY SANDWICH!!!!! It happens EVERY TIME,not to mention, I ALWAYS have to pull up and wait, so I figure my food would be hot, it NEVER IS, especially the fries, whatta load of crap, when talking to my neighbors and friends, they say the same, so, I will never go to BK again, as McDonalds is also with in the area, and at least they get my food right, and it is always hot.
I am not the sort of person that complains(as I have worked in the service and food industry for over twenty years),and I have give it chance after chance, after chance, since I REALLY love whoppers, but the fact that you can not even hire people that know what I am saying is a crock, and to send out coupons in spanish, REALLY? This is America, and our Language is ENGLISH. OH, and you may just do a drop in to check it out yourself, since they seem to serve the people that are family members before paying customers!!! By the way, in case you think I ma racist, my children, and husband, are Mexican, so that has nothing to do with this, it has to do with having to throw my food away because it is smothered in white crap, when i ask to leave the mayo off!!!!
This Burger King needs to get a whole lot better before it just shut downs. I love it there but lately I have gone there more than twice and they have told me they have ran out of buns and they get peoples order wrong all the time. I asked to get a whopper meal which comes with fries of course they put on there just the burger and the drinks on there and say we didnt order fries so we ask to order some fries at the window the woman said we had to go back around. This place needs some serious changing. Theres many of things thats happened before.
