To whom it might concern. I am terrible upset at the way your employees hadle my complain today Thursday march 1st 2012. Aproximately at 7: 35 pmI arrived at burger king at Osborne junction in Winnipeg Manitoba . I order a large fries to go the person who took my order was cleaning the women washroom , she came directly from the washroom and took my order while she was still wearing one rubber glove on her right hand.
she then took her glove off and When directly to serve people’s food without washing her hands, she then grabbed a paper bag inserted her dirty hand it it to put my fries,I nicely told her to let someone else serve my fries, she refuse and continued with my order, I cancel my order because I was not happy with the lack of hygiene , she then called another person to give me the money back.
A man came to give me the money he asked why I was canceling the order, I told him that I did appreciated their lack of customer services and poor hygiene, he got angry at me and kept interrupting me while I was talking , he kept saying ok,ok,ok,ok,ok,ok,ok,ok,ok,ok and in a very quiet voice told me to f…..off. He refused to give me his name and when I asked to talk to the manager he walked away ignoring my request.
