Boost Mobile Complaint: Shrinkage plan ripoff

Paid my payment on time,company charged me the wrong amt without me realizing it and 2 days later I was shut off and now because it was labeled as being late I amno longer eligible for the shrinkage plan after 6 months of paying on time.Manager was unwilling to admit to their mistake
