on friday i went to go activate my new phone the cashier was nice but it took her a while to get my phone working alot of people can in and she was by herself then the manager Jaimie comes in mad looks at me ugly and starts helping every one else while cashier helps me well my phone got activated i got a case for my phone also i asked cashier if it had a screen protector and she said no so i paid for a screen protector she offered to help me put it on them she opened the case and saw it had a screen protector and told her manager what happened he looked at me and then told her its ok didnt even apoligize and gave me a dirty look then she tried to pu the case on and it didnt fit she told her manager and he said dont worry about it thats how they all fit to the cashier like if i didnt even exsist !!!!!so i asked are you sure or you are just assuming and he told her to try another one that one also didnt fit so she told him to help her and he said he couldnt so i asked to try and he got the rubber can and just threw it at me and another customer came in and was talking in spanish about me ….I do understand spanish….. so after an 1hr and a half i was ready to go so when I was walking out I heard him say what a bitch!!!!!!!!!!! I think I didnt deserve that treatment for any reason especially if i didnt ask questions in any wrong way. this is the boost moble company in abilene,texas on north first and willis managers name is jaime
