Blackberry Complaint: Trouble Activating Blackberry Messenger

Hi I’ve been a blackberry customer for some time now and never had a problem but recently I’ve been Having trouble activating my blackberry messenger can you explain this as my son also is a bb customer. And never has a problem I rang orange 3 times and they keep fobing me off saying its nothing to do with them its to do with blackberry so if this problem aint solved soon me and my son shall go else where for a mobile that works thanks for your time in reading this and can’t wait to hear from you
