Blackberry Complaint: Blackberry won’t charge

I sent my blackberry curve into bell 6 weeks ago. I just got it back and it said that the warranty was void due to physical damage. The warranty costing a lot as it is to even get. I find this unfair because in my opinion I think it got warn out over the year I’ve been using it and that it wasn’t all my fault. Now i have to go buy a new phone, all because nobody seems to believe me and what I have said.
