I have had a blackberry for almost 5 years & i have never had any issue’s with them until the past month or so. the scroll button does what it wants to, when it wants to……..i am SO FRUSTRATED with this phone. I will see what kind of sevice sprint gives me today. I have to have my phone, its the only phone i have…..1) i have a 16 year old son, i need to be able to get in touch with him ANY TIME i need too. 2) i have A LOT of health issues, i have to be able to call the doctor & answer calls from the doctor…….i have a brain tumor, & because of my tumor i have acromegaly, which is a hormone disease, i just had a colonoscopy and they removed a”precancerous” pylop…..i cant get in touch with ANYONE if i have any emergency!!! i will NEVER own another blackberry as long as i live……………….and this store better not give me a hard time today!!!
