Blackberry 9360 Problems with Phone Reception

I have had my Blackberry for 4 days and on the second day i had problems!!!
It wouldn’t sync to my laptop and it told me my memory card doesn’t work!!!! My pictures are screwed up and are duplicating, not loading and are unable to delete!!!! 2 of my friends have this phone and have had none of these problems…. Even when i had just got my phone it had scratches on it and i deleted one of my downloads and now all of them have disappeared!!!!!! Also when i had just got my phone i saw that the scroll button thingy is not but in properly and i can see behind it!!! GRRR!!! :(

I bought a blackberry 9860 November,2011 from Akaash Telepoint and after 3 days only phone was not working properly i.e., after getting 6 or 7 calls phone was not ringing if i pick the phone then no voice came and also couldn’t play any music or video thereafter. After that my phone got replaced on 29th December i.e. after one month from the date of submitting the phone. Now same problem was occured in the replaced phone on the same day when i got my phone and now my phone is in service centre from 12 days.

I have not received my phone till yet. In this case i spent Rs.28500/- on purchasing the blackberry 9860 and during the period of 2 months i used my phone only for 3 days.
