One year ago I was swarmed by the hype of upgrading to a Blackberry … internet access at a cheap rate, receive all your mail from all your accounts, etc., etc. Today, I dread my decision, and cannot wait to move on. I am on phone number 2, and I am not a high user! My e-mail boxes constantly “implode” with a message that I need to validate my password and that Blackberry cannot deliver my messages. As from now, I shall call it this THING!!!!
I reset by taking out the battery, but nothing works. I sign in on my pc and it accepts my password, but I cannot sign in on this THING – ” …. user name invalid”!!!!! But I have just checked in via my pc!!!
I bought this THING to make my life easier and not to always cart my laptop along to check my e-mail. Well, this THING did not assist me with any of its revered benefits. And I bought this THING to make my life easier??? It must be a joke! This BB9300 gives me less functionality than the cheapest basic phone.
All I know, is that sooner rather than later, this THING will be laid down on a concrete surface and a 10-pound hammer will send it to Neverland … never to bother me again. I am going to move on, I shall pay the rest of my 2-year contract, but this THING (I cannot use another term for it) can not own and control me in the way it does. Life is too short to beheld hostage by such utter hogwash.
