I am so disappointed with cell c that i will not do any more business with them! My blackberry 8520 software packed up, they helped me at customer service in port elizabeth south africa, them helped me twice!! the 3de time i went back they said they need to send it in to the repair center, would take 7 working days, i agreed but was not happy cause now i would loose all my info on the phone!
I get a call from them stating it will cost me R550 to fix the problem! now i ask why cause it was a faulty phone all they can say is its out the warrenty but if blackberry said if any phone is faulty they will replace the phones! i did not damage the phone, it froze and when i reboot it then i will get white screen saying error. now to make money out of ppl they just keep on saying not their fault!
Blackberry will never find me holding one of their phones again, i will take my business away from cell c cause they care less of their customers!! I will not recomend any of their phones and i can assure you cell c will loose alot of customers, my whole family said when the contract is over they will rather go on pre-paid and i can agree to that!
CELL C IS THE WORST COMPANY AND IM VERY UPSET WITH MYSELF THINKING OTHERWISE WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!
