Vodacom is Billing for Expired Contracts

I went trough my statements yesterday and realised that that I’m still paying for a contract that ended 8 months ago. I phoned vodacon in August last year to cancel my contract . i phoned vodacom yest to confirm why they still deducting the money of my account the lady advised its not cancelled i insisted that that they listen to the calls made during the month of august as the calls are recorded. I’m still waiting for a ref NR on my cancellation as well as the complain .

that was just after 4 yesterday afternoon i advised her to sent to the NR I’m currently using still no sms i advised her i don’t even know the cell phone nr of the contract and the sim card is gone as i thought it was cancelled. I want my R135 that i paid for the last 8 months credited . i never received a letter to say it will be on a month to month basis.

this is the 2nd disappointment in 2 weeks n just got a brand new phone bold 9790 and i received delivered trough a courier after 3 days i gave me problems i took it to vodacom just opened and said its liquid damage because the sticker is pink no one bothered to look at the the phone you do know new-consumer-law-protects me

interaction was done I know for a fact I phoned from my current and like I said my husband was sitting next to me . I don?t see why I must take the rap for one of your agent not doing their work. Surely I wont trough my sim away if my contract was active. You can see no call or sms were made from that nr.

Sorry is not resolving the problem. What to do from here?
