Bad service from Vodaocom Order Online

On the of 3rd April I placed an order with Vodacom on the R199,00 a month (9380 Blackberry Curve), I was promised a 3 to 5 day delivery- due to public holidays this never happened which I can understand.

I called 0821950 on the 11 April only to be told that my order will be delivered I need to be patient. By the 13th April – still no delivery, I once again called to find out what is the delay only to be told my order is not released yet as I need to go give the go-ahead and a Vodacom consultant was supposed to contact me regarding this ( I had received no calls from any Vodacom consultant from the day I placed the order – and if anyone claims that they tried to contact me (I require Proof).

My order was finally released on Friday – and I was told delivery will take place Monday the 16th – at 8:00am I called to confirm this and was told delivery is on its way – at 16:30 pm no delivery yet, only to be told the couriers cannot find the place and there is a address querie and I could not be contacted as there is no contact numbers on the waybill – each time I called I had repeated my contact number about a 100 times.

I am actually stunned on the lack of service – Had I known the service was this bad – I would have not contacted Vodacom in the first place.

I require and update urgently as to when delivery will take place.
