Today is July 22; it was an extremely hot day. Due to my little boy did not feel good and asked me to by spicy chick’N and chicken tenders for him. I went to drive thru at Burger King in Bridgewater in New Jersey (near to Summerville Circle) and waited for about 5′ but still did not hear anything from the cashier. Therefore, I drove straight to pick up window. One minute later, the Philippine Manager asked me why I drove up here? I replied that because I did not hear anything from your store, so I drove to here. He said he was busy then I asked him can you take my order here? He asked me “it is the big or small order?”.
I said small order then he took my order with the mad face. After I gave him $20 bill, he gave me back my change but he dropped on my quarter, nickel and pennies on the floor and did not say any SORRY WORDS to me, instead he asked me that I have to go around to pass the sign “take order from drive thru” and come back here to get my food.
Excuse sir, no body behind me, why he needs me to drive one more round for him? I was really shock since he is the manager store; therefore, I parked my car and walked to the store. After I got my food from him in the store then I started to scream at him that I was shock how come he can be a manager with the bad attitude of service. I yelled at him that I came here to buy food not to ask for free food. It was lucky to him that one customer in front of me has small kids and she asked me should not talk loudly in front of her kids, therefore, I stopped if not then I will give him a lesson how he should treat the customer right?
FYI, this is Burger King Store #3183. I went there on 7/22/2011 9:18:26PM and my order number is 39. If you are the big boss of this Burger King Store, please look at him since he is really bag Manager that you gave to him. I often stopped by your place and this is not the first time, he always showed the mad face to customers.
