I have several problems with the cross lanes pizza hut in west virginia.we have ordered at 4441 west washington st.for over 30 years.Recently due to “new management” they deliver when they want to at this address.I kept the receipts to prove it.That’s problem one.The one that got me mad as hell was what they did to me tonight.They was to deliver me a pizza that was made wrong.I called at 10:43,they said it would take awhile and would be delivered within the hour.
The person I spoke with told me her name was Samatha and was the manager.I gave my phone number to her and never got a damn thing.I called the store back and got no answer.I called numerous times!I work with people every day and when something goes wrong on my end I don’t lie to them.I am more than upset about this.I want to have this poor service to stop.I and my buisness always order from pizza hut at our establishments and would like to continue,but until something is done to resolve the problem that I have had with the cross lanes pizza hut I will go elsewhere.

i had ordered 2 pizzas on 14/2/12 which understandably was a very busy night one pizza was just cheese and one ham and mushroom,the cheese one was burnt and cold also the ham and mushroom if i could call it that as i could barley find any topping was also cold . I called and complained and was given credit to call again for another delivery i took advantage of this and ordered a large ham and mushroom on 1/3/12 again barley any topping the up side was the pizza was hot but again very dissapointing . I have been a fan of pizza hut for 30yrs but feel now that especially the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired
