We have always stayed at Hampton Inns. The Hampton Inn SF Airport stinks, The staff is nasty, the airport shuttle (20 min schedule) took over an hour and the room I booked 6 months in advance was changed at the last minute to a handicapped room to make room for a more important customer. I contacted customer service and the Hilton Executive Management (they own Hampton) and was told I would be notified of their actions. THAT WAS ALMOST 3 MONTHS AGO AND NOT EVEN THE COURTESY OF A RESPONSE. That’s the last time I stay at a Hampton (or Hilton) hotel if that how their customer service treats a complaint. BEWARE OF THEM
At Hampton Inn Augusta, Ga on Washington Rd. We arrived at around 4 in the morning and the night audit was rude, didn’t inform us about breakfast, check out time, etc. We had to ask where the room was located and he just told us what side but on that side there was three different building and we had to look for it. It also took him over seven minutes to check us in with a reservation and paying cash. When we got to the room they had spider webs and dust in it. All they told us in the morning after our three hours stay was they were sorry and she will talk to him. We had the worse stay at a Hampton in a long time and we not be going back to that one.
After a long day of driving, amdloosing an hour with the time change, my husband and I stopped at a Hampton Inn east of Memphisin
Bartlett,Mississippi. The desk clerk, ‘Aurlia’ was clean, neat, courteous and efficient. we retired to our room to relax and prepare for bed. When I climbed into bed and stretched my legs out, my feet felt a foreign object. I pulled this foreign up only to discover a pair of soiled white men’s underwear!!!….in a supposedly clean bed!!! GROSS ME OUT!!!!! Had to get dressed to eato c was in bacworking and nobody answered phone. I gave her the underwear (which I had carried in a towel ’cause I was NOT going to touch them) and dropped them.

I had the same experience with lack of courtesy by the management of the Hampton Inn in Converse Texas. I contacted customer service and was again met with lack of concern for the rude treatment by the manager. They instead offered a coupon for a free room but failed to acknowledge the humiliation caused when the manager threatened to call police when I said he had made an error and lied to me about room availablity when I made my reservation. There was no rooms available all week he stated when he was the person who had made the reservation the previous evening! I am furious at the lack of concern by Hilton and Hampton Inn for Mr. Patel’s behavior.
