This is with regards to an order that we had placed through number on October 15, 2011 at around 9:30 PM. We were informed that the order would reach us by 10:00 PM. However, when the order did not arrive till 10:20 PM, we called up and were informed that the order was cancelled. How is this possible when no one called up? It was my wife’s fast for which the order was placed and the result was that she still has to keep waiting…it is 10:35 PM right now as I write this note…not sure that we would still receive the order…add to it the person on the phone does not seem to understand the order in a single go… totally disappointing… not expected of an international brand like yours.
I placed an order for their large for $10 bucks and knew from the start that,with Pizza Hut,pick up would be better to go with than delivery. It wasn’t. When I walk in I see bugs exploring the establishment and also mold on different items in the restaurant. Disgusted and appalled I wait for my order. 50 minutes later,took longer since they sent my order out to someone else (the WRONG person-which happens quite a bit at this location- Cottage Grove MN) someone comes with my order and sets it down on the counter. I pay for my order, go home and after seeing what I saw actually open the box. The pizza does not look appetizing at all and is fact stone cold, as close to hard as a rock as I’ve ever seen Pizza Hut pizza and partially raw.
