I find the show, ANT Farm to be very frustrating. First of all they are always making fun of the chubby kid. Am i supposed to think that bullying is okay? I can only imagine overweight children feeling extremely uncomfortable watching that. Also, this show keeps making fun of sterio types. The blonde pretty cheer leaders are idiots. The smart nerdy girl has poor social skills. They had some episode making fun of goth people talking about how all theythink about is death and they are “scary”. I dont think thats a very good message for young kids. Arent we not supposed to judge a book by its cover. What is most offensive is fletcher the artist.
I am a gifted young artist and i feel he completely misrepresents artists everywhere. We are not stupid. Art isnt the only thing we are good for. Another problem i have with the show is that it doesnt make sense. Why would a young preteen gifted in one area be able to handle all the other high school classes? Thats not realistic nor remotely possible.
