Back in November of 2011, I wasn’t aware that when I was called from a customer representative . Regarding that ,I have to change my Flex-Pay to a contract over the phone. I asked her why ; she replied that Flex-Pay would be no more part of T-Mobile services. And at that time ,I was already comfortable with the services including my (No Contract Annual monthly service. I’ve been paying for a long while at $50.00 a month Unlimited Talk ,Unlimited Text-messaging . And as of now ,which stands of today T-Mobile includeds Unlimited Web with the package deal-No Contract Annual with No Hidden Fees or Overages). I’ve should’ve been offered the Oppurtunity to Transfer or be Promoted to the next best comfortable Option instead of Rudely forced to a Contract deal . I didn’t have at first choice has a client and customer for some ;Great amount of time and years with your company (T-Mobile). MCM Account No.:8542138685, Original Account No.:660904987,Current Balance:$886.89. With Payment Due Date: 03-24-2012. Now has of today I’m stuck without a choice or option to change back to the No Annual Contract . I was enjoying for a longtime now. I WOULD LIKE FOR THE OPPURTUNITY .THAT MY CASE AND COMPLAINT BE ADRESSED TO HEAD OF (T-MOBILE)DEPT. WHICH INCLUDES SUPERVISORS,VICE PRESIDENT OR PRESIDENT TO BY UNWILLFUL LAW RECEIVE THIS COMPLAINT IN HONOR HAS A MOTION TO DISPUTE : ALL OR ANY EXTRA CHARGES AND ANY UNWANTED CONTRACT AND HIDDEN FEES, ASAP.
