I recently purchased headlights from the Advanced Auto Parts store at 11290 SW 117th AVE Miami, FL. Just happens the store manager sold them to me, and they came out to be the wrong lights, well at that point I was out of town and figured I would wait to return them to the same store. Well when I tried to return them I could not find my proof of purchase but still have never had issues returning products that were not opened.
Well the manager immediatly told me she never sold me the lights and she was not gonna return them cause she couldnt find proof that I bought them there. Well I did buy them there and I am appauled at the fact your manager raised her voice at me and made extermly rude comments to me and claiming I was LOUD and RUDE to her which I was not, the only thing I did was leave the lights there cause I coulndt use them, and I walked out. I then called the store to talk to a manager and it was the women that sold me the lights and gave me a hard time.
This treatment of a customer is uncalled for and almost unlawful, am reporting this store to the better buisness agency here in Miami. I recieved a store credit from the manager which hardly helps me since I wont be buying from them anymore if thats how customer service is at Advanced Auto.
